Our Mission: Grace Gate exists to provide free, quality and timely health care with the love of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit through competent and trained volunteers for the medically underserved in a compassionate environment that promotes the healing of mind, body and spirit.

Monday - Thursday 10am-3pm
Clinic - by appointment only
Tuesday & Thursday evenings
except the 1st and 5th Thursday
After Hours Care -
Grace Gate partners with Giving Health to provide 24/7 access to medical professionals. Patients call 877-824-0099 or text GCCN to 51555 to sign up.
Services:
Grace Gate is a non-profit that provides free primary care for low income, uninsured adults who qualify through an application and review process.
We provide medical care and disease management education to patients with non-acute illnesses and chronic diseases. Patients are seen by appointment only.
No emergency care is provided.
